To advance our mission of assisting Chinese
leaders in their quest to elevate their technology and management
through relationships with "World Class" Researchers
and Practitioners and their respective institutions and companies,
we:

To arrange meetings we:
- Seek and then qualify (according to scale,
substance, and follow-on prospects) the users of our
resources.
- Arrange meetings, presentations, and seminars on
specific topics that specifically address a
burning contemporary issue that is
occupying decision makers minds.
- Accompany Chinese delegations to North America
and Europe and act as a Master of Ceremonies
for the pre-arranged meetings and/or seminars.
- Drive the follow-up on both sides, our Chinese client
and the Western contacts, to derive the maximum benefit
from the expenditure of time, energy, cost, and talent.

To help establish partnerships we:
- Develop clear purposes and an appropriate
commitments for cooperative undertakings, such as:
- University-to-University programs such as E-MBA or MBA.
- Government-to-University programs for Administrative
Training.
- Industry-to-University programs for Technology
Transfer.
- Industry-to-Industry programs for joint venture or
investment purposes.
- Seek, qualify, and correspond with potential partners
with particular regard for:
- Long-term "win-win" potential.
- Suitability, synergy, and mutual interest.
- mmediate, reinforcing, tangible, success.
- Legitimize a "point person" to be the conduit
of communication and task management for each of the
respective partners.
- Arrange meetings in China, North America, and/or Europe
with actionable agendas and reasonable preparation for
success.
- Assist in negotiations with cultural differences and help
safe-guard the interests of the Chinese side.
- Follow-up on both sides to ensure continued success.

To do management consulting we:
- Clarify, quantify, and develop a consensus on problems.
- Survey literature, internet, intellectuals, experts, and
interested parties on possible solutions.
- Develop using meetings, including those affected,
site visits, and correspondence with "World
Class" experts on at least one practical solution,
including financials for presentation to the appropriate
decision makers.
- Put the preliminary project that is approved into a
project management format with goals, checkpoints and
change procedures.
- Monitor progress at periodic reviews and checkpoints, not
only to manage but to facilitate organizational learning.
